How It Works
Book your ride online with instant confirmation. We arrange morning deliveries (8:30–10:30 AM) year-round, plus afternoon slots (4:00–5:00 PM) from April to September. Plans change? No problem. You can reschedule or cancel entirely free of charge up to 48 hours before your tour.
We meet you at your hotel in Cascais or right at the train station. We adjust the seat, dial in the electric assist, and make sure your bike feels perfect before you set off.
No need to use your own data or drain your battery. We hand over a dedicated smartphone pre-loaded with our GPS app, mount it to your handlebars, and run a quick test of the audio guide so you know exactly how the turn-by-turn navigation works.
Hit the trail, listen to local stories, and find the perfect scenic spot to enjoy your included Portuguese snacks. Worried about getting a flat tire? Don't be. We provide fast, on-route rescue assistance so you are never left stranded.
When your 8-hour or 3-hour rental is up, you don't lift a finger. We come directly to you to pick up the bikes at the agreed time, do a quick equipment check, and immediately release your deposit. No stressful rushing back to a rental shop!
